Responsibilities
Develop and implement a structured prospecting plan to reach potential clients.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and follow-ups
Manage your time efficiently to balance outreach efforts, client meetings, and administrative tasks
Utilize tools and systems to track and organize leads, interactions, and progress.
Regularly review and analyze your performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, align strategies, and coordinate efforts

Collaborating with the management team to share insights, align strategies, and coordinate efforts aimed at building trust and fostering long-term client relationships
Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and relationship-building strategies to continually enhance your sales approach and foster trust with clients
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Sales, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Hands-on experience with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and sales methodologies to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other departments
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and strengthen relationships
Proficient Swedish and English language skills

Compensation
Salary: Up to 42K SEK fixed salary with an additional 8,000 SEK based on targets achievement
Additional performance based bonus is negotiable
