About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Consultant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert consulting services to our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. When not on assignment, the consultant will contribute to internal product development, participate in Stakater’s open-source projects, and support our Kubernetes managed services.
Requirements
Primary
Consulting Assignments: Provide expert consulting services for C# development, platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud engineering projects.
You have a willingness to learn and become an expert in Kubernetes
Secondary
When not on consulting assignments you will be engaged in:
Internal Product Development: Contribute to the development of Stakater's internal products, ensuring high-quality code and innovative solutions.
Open Source Contributions: Engage in open-source projects, enhancing and maintaining Stakater’s open-source tools and frameworks https://github.com/stakater.
Kubernetes Managed Services: Support and improve Stakater’s managed Kubernetes services, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
Must Have (Required)
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in C# web application development (considering candidates with less than 7 years if skills and experience are strong)
Proficiency with RESTful APIs and Azure.
Experience in consulting and client-facing roles.
Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Experience with middleware technologies like Kafka.
Experience with automation technologies like Terraform, Ansible or Crossplane.
Experience with CI/CD and GitOps.
Compensation
Salary level: up to 72.000 SEK gross per month (flexibility in offering higher compensation based on experience and skillset).
