Job Brief
Stakater provides a highway to Kubernetes, and we need more people with the same vision. Depending on your background and interests, there are opportunities to work either as a Software Engineer in Operator development, or SRE in OpenShift cluster management.

Stakater works with a wide range of clients in different industries to help them build out scalable platforms and infrastructure as code. We work to understand the nature of their business, the challenges they face and how they are attempting to apply the platform as a service as part of the solution. We also work with our partners in the open source community on projects like RedHat OpenShift to build a better experience for all users.

Solid understanding of core components of Go like go-routines, channels, go-modules, godep
Crossplane development experience
Open source contributions to CNCF projects
Required Skills & Experience
To be suitable for this position, you need to provide concrete publicly available evidence as part of your application that you have the following:
1 - 3 years of overall software development experience
1+ years of strong API development experience in Go (preferred), Node or Java
Experience of using Docker and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
Experience of developing RESTful APIs and using gRPC
Experience in Kubernetes administration
Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Helm for deploying applications to Kubernetes
Experience with Terraform and Ansible
